Our Team

Our team of registered massage therapists provide manual therapy based on current research and evidence in health care.  We take time to understand your individual health care needs and work with you to create a treatment plan that is based on your personal goals.

Our  therapists are professionally trained in a variety of treatment techniques and while the specific techniques used will depend on your needs as well as the therapist’s skill set, ultimately, our approach to treatment is to identify and reduce or eliminate the cause of your symptoms.  We often recommend supportive exercises that are intended to help reduce your pain, improve your function and address any factors that may contribute to your symptoms.
