  • Healthcare Benefits

    Many health care plans provide coverage for massage therapy and will pay massage therapists directly on behalf of their insured customers. Contact your provider directly to determine your specific coverage limitations and whether a physician’s referral is required to claim reimbursement.

    In order for your therapist to bill your health care plan directly, please include your policy information in your online profile, or bring it with you to your appointment, along with the doctor’s referral (if required for your plan).

  • ICBC

    ICBC has updated their accident benefits to better support your care and recovery.

    If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC will pay a pre-determined rate, regardless of the duration of the appointment. If the actual treatment costs exceed the amount payable by ICBC, you will be responsible for paying the difference and will not be able to recover the additional fees from ICBC.

    A receipt for any additional amounts paid by you will be provided at the time of treatment and you may submit these to your private health insurer for consideration. Please confirm at the time of booking that your therapist is set up to bill ICBC directly.

  • Medical Services Plan of BC (MSP)

    Individuals who qualify for supplemental benefits under the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia may be entitled to assistance with the payment of fees for massage therapy.

    MSP will pay a maximum of $23 per treatment, regardless of the duration of the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the clinic rate for the appointment duration.

  • RCMP & Veterans Affairs Canada

    Limitations are outlined in the RCMP Benefits Grid. Please bring your Blue Cross Health Identification Card to your first appointment.

    Veterans Affairs Canada will provide coverage for registered massage therapy, with prior approval from your physician

  • Worksafe BC

    We are unable to accommodate WorkSafe patients.

  • Cancellation / No Show Policy

    Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) may be subject to a fee. This fee is not covered by extended benefits or 3rd party payors (ICBC, MSP, etc).

    We understand that unanticipated events occur. If you must cancel on short notice or are unsure if you should attend, please contact your therapist or any member of our team.

  • Late Policy

    If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened to the remainder of your original scheduled appointment and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment fees.
